Alice Feeney

Alice Feeney is an award-winning British author and former BBC journalist known for her twisty, suspenseful psychological thrillers. Her debut novel, Sometimes I Lie, published in 2017, became an international bestseller and was translated into over twenty languages, as well as being optioned for television by actress Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Before transitioning to full-time fiction writing, Feeney spent fifteen years working at the BBC as a reporter, news editor, and producer, experiences that honed her sharp eye for detail and pacing. She studied creative writing at Faber Academy and currently lives in the UK.

Feeney’s novels are celebrated for their unreliable narrators, dark secrets, and shocking narrative twists that keep readers guessing until the final page.
