Ben Mezrich

Ben Mezrich is an American author and screenwriter known for his fast-paced narrative non-fiction books that read like gripping thrillers. Born in Princeton, New Jersey, Mezrich graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University before dedicating himself full-time to writing.

He achieved international fame with his 2002 book Bringing Down the House: The Inside Story of Six MIT Students Who Took Vegas for Millions, which became a massive bestseller and was adapted into the hit feature film 21. He followed this success with The Accidental Billionaires: The Founding of Facebook, which was adapted by Aaron Sorkin into the Academy Award-winning film The Social Network.

Mezrich has authored over twenty books, exploring high-stakes finance, cryptocurrency, and Silicon Valley culture, including The Antisocial Network (chronicling the GameStop short squeeze). He remains a master of narrative nonfiction.
