Christopher K. Germer
Dr. Christopher K. Germer is a clinical psychologist, lecturer on psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, and pioneer in the integration of mindfulness and compassion into psychotherapy. He maintains a private practice in Massachusetts and conducts international workshops on self-compassion.
Co-developer of the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program alongside Dr. Kristin Neff, Germer authored The Mindful Path to Self-Compassion and co-edited Mindfulness and Psychotherapy. His books combine clinical psychology with practical meditation exercises to cultivate emotional resilience.
