Bobbi Brown

Bobbi Brown is an internationally renowned American makeup artist, beauty industry entrepreneur, and bestselling author. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Brown earned a degree in theatrical makeup at Emerson College before moving to New York City, where she quickly established herself as a top professional makeup artist working with leading fashion magazines and photographers.

In 1991, Brown launched Bobbi Brown Essentials, a revolutionary line of ten natural, skin-toned lipsticks that disrupted the heavy, artificial beauty trends of the era. The brand exploded in popularity and was acquired by Estée Lauder Companies in 1995, with Brown remaining as creative figurehead for over two decades.

Brown has authored nine bestselling books on beauty, wellness, and self-confidence, including Bobbi Brown Beauty Evolution and Makeup Manual. She continues to innovate in the beauty and lifestyle space with her clean cosmetics line, Jones Road Beauty.
